Family Infant Toddler Early Intervention Services are provided at no cost to families.
It is a program for families whose child is experiencing a delay in development or has been diagnosed with a disability, or who may have a condition that could cause a significant delay in their development.
Do you have questions or concerns about your child’s development? We can help! Early Intervention Services (children from birth to age 3 years old) are considered essential services, so even during COVID-19 we are providing services through telehealth and/or the telephone. Don’t wait, call 505-867-3396 or email email@example.com. We are accepting new clients. We will answer your questions, assist you with the enrollment process, and schedule a developmental assessment. Early Intervention Services include Family Service Coordination, Developmental Instruction, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Family Counseling.
Abrazos’ Family Infant Toddler Services are provided in the family’s home, child’s daycare or other community location. We can also provide our services by telehealth or by telephone.
Our services are individualized, family centered and coordinated with other medical, health and educational professionals to support the child’s health and development.
Our Developmental Specialists are available to assess the development of children ages birth to three years who live in Sandoval County (NM) and Bernalillo County (NM) communities of Ventana Ranch, Paradise Hills, or Eagle Ranch. If you do not live in that area, we can help you to identify an agency in your area that can assess your child’s development.
