Early Intervention is a program for families of children from birth to age three who are experiencing a delay in development, have been diagnosed with a disability, or who may have a condition that could cause a significant delay in their development.
Do you have questions or concerns about your child’s development? We can help! Services are provided in person and via telehealth, if needed. Don’t wait, call 505-867-3396 or email info@abrazos.org. We are accepting new clients and referrals. Our experienced team will answer your questions, assist you with the enrollment process, and schedule a developmental assessment. Early Intervention Services include Family Service Coordination, Developmental Instruction, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Family Counseling.
Abrazos Family Infant Toddler Services are provided in the family’s home, child’s daycare, or other community location. We can also provide our services through telehealth or by telephone.
Our services are individualized, family centered, and coordinated with other medical, health, and educational professionals to support the child’s health and development.
Our Developmental Specialists are available to assess the development of children ages birth to three years who live in Sandoval County, NM, and in the Bernalillo County communities of Ventana Ranch, Paradise Hills, and Eagle Ranch. If you do not live in our service area, we can help you to identify another agency that can assess your child’s development.
