What do you consider your greatest professional achievements?
Being promoted within the agency. My relationship with Abrazos began when I was a parent needing services for my son, who had developmental delays. Being a young parent is difficult, but adding development delays to the equation can make the scenario overwhelming. I was hired as a program manager and worked extremely hard to learn as much as possible about the organization. I completed work that was not mine and learned about the roles and responsibilities of nearly every job duty. I spent seven years working on improving the respite program and developing new programs for children with autism.
